Increased heart rate with EAS lean 15???

So I have a history of panic/anxiety attacks. This morning, before starting insanity, I put on my heart rate monitor and noticed my heart rate was bouncing between 95-112 RESTING. Once I started insanity it shot right up to 140 within 30 seconds.

I calmed down, relaxed and figured I'd try again later.

Today, after work, I tried again. My heart rate was at 102 resting. I took my heart rate manually which was about 90. I started insanity, and again, heart rate went right up. Usually it takes quite some time for me to get "in zone" on my HRM, so I became quite alarmed, and of course this set off a SERIOUS panic attack. I was crying on the floor on the phone with my dad convinced I was dying and had to take 1mg xanax. Please don't judge unless you've been in this position before!

My question is...I started drinking EAS lean 15 2 days ago which makes me feel that this is what brought on my increased heart rate. I guess I can just stop drinking the lean 15 and figure it out on my own. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same experience.

Any insight would be appreciated!!
