Is it possible to eat out anywhere without blowing the sodium out of the water? I just ate at Subway and almost an entire's day sodium was in that sandwich. $%&*())(*&^%$%^&*()_)(*&^%$%^&*()_

Are you hypertensive?
Most restaurant food is high in sodium, but I'mn sure you can find something that isn't. The Subway rolls are high.
I don't worry about sodium, myself. My blood pressure is normal and always has been. And I know if I see a gain after eating too much sodium, it's just the sodium.0 -
My main motivation for dieting this time is to prevent the doctor from putting me on blood pressure meds. She has given me 2 wks to show her I can control my blood pressure, so I am on the low sodium band wagon too. You just don't realize how much you consume until you start counting it!!!! Is there a magic food that has low calories, low carbs, no fat, and low in sodium.........besides lettuce?????0
