Need help getting back on the wagon...

So I've been a member of this site for awhile and was doing really well for a bit. Working out, eating healthy, logging my food, etc. Last summer I had an opportunity to travel abroad some. While it was an amazing opportunity, I was so homesick and ended up eating a lot of bad food because of it. I worked out some but not like I had been. I'm realizing now that I think my body has become addicted to the sugar. I've been back home now for a few months but still can't seem to get motivated to eat healthy or workout. I've bought healthy groceries which has helped some but I feel like I always end up finding a reason to stop at the store for cookies, eat something bad at work (I'm a server) or I end up eating bad food when I'm out with my boyfriend. I just really need some motivating advice from everyone here!! I will be going to the beach in May and know I will be mad at myself if I don't at least try and get in better shape.
