Protein powder suggestions

I'm new with the whole protein powder thing. I've tried researching what's a good one but I just get confused with all the choices. I've been doing the lean 1 shakes and I love them but don't know if they are good for you or if there is something better. Any advice? Thanks.

Unless you have trouble hitting your protein macro, there's really no need for the powders. However, I'm generally busy and can't cook too much for myself, so sometimes, it's needed (and I enjoy it in cooking as well). There's no good or bad when it comes to food, as long as it fits into your daily nutrient needs. My personal favorite protein powder is Trutein. I've heard Optimum Nutrition is good too.0
