I feel nauseous....Help!

I feel nauseous, but I don't know why. I had to have fasting blood tests this morning, so I didn't get breakfast until 10 am. I waited an hour and did some aerobics, and now I feel like crap. Can anyone tell me what the deal is?

    if you didn't eat before you exercised... you feel like crap because you have no fuel to function on.... eat something.
  • Low blood sugar or high blood pressure. Body is just out of wack

    Eh, I get like that sometimes if i go without eating .. I get real shaky and sick to my stomach. Find something small to eat like crackers or something that won't really irritate your stomach anymore and it should go away soon after and then you can eat normal food :)

    You really need to eat before workouts. Some proteins and rice or a banana might help. Be careful.
