New Year, New Goals

I'm not going to go into the whole "I'm going to do this, this, and this".
I didn't set SPECIFIC goals, but overall I would like to be more aware of my body, my health, and the stresses in my life that made me fail towards the end of last year. As of yesterday I started back up in school. Statistics and Physics, combines with two part time waitressing jobs totaling close to 30 hours a week. I'm curious what others goals are, and what YOU think my goals should be with this photo I took at the gym a few days ago. I don't want to be skinny, I wouldn't mind some muscle if I could find the time to achieve it, but I DO want to lose my little tire. Thoughts/suggestions/experiences/ideas/tips/friends/etc?
