Hey everyone 
.. I just joined this site. I'm 23. I've been working out for a while, I've done P90X (didn't like so much), then Insanity (was ok), and now The Venus Factor (love it).
But anyway, I'm here to make friends, so I can give you advice and motivation and you can do the same. So far I've been reading the forums and I can see that everyone is so helpful and friendly.
