T25 workout

I just started the t25 alpha. Anyone doing the same??

Looking for motivation and accountability.

    Hi, I just got this workout. I have been wanting to start, but I've been ignoring it every Monday. I could use some motivation with other MFP people.

    It is an awesome workout.......you will sweat and you will burn, and that's just during Alpha.
    During Beta, you'll sweat even more, and burn even more. Finally, if you have Gamma, you'll sweat obscene amounts, generate a burn of epic proportions, and you will also hurt.

    I can't really identify a weak spot in this workout.

    i already completed that workout and loved it, 25 minutes and thats it, no excuses, ive now moved on to insanity :):) good luck with it:)

    I've done P90X, X2, and Insanity and I love T25. Short and sweet but still a challenging workout.

    I love Focus T25! I am rounding out my second week of the Alpha phase. It's short and fun and when you finally realize you're working out, its over! I am excited to move on to the Beta phase and eventually the Gamma phase.
  • Finished T25 Alpha, Beta, and Gamma in Dec LOVED it. Lost 11 lbs and inches everywhere. I was already close to my goal weight..

    I absolutely LOVE T25! My weight loss was at a stand still until I started this program.

    I finished Alpha, Beta and Gamma in December and now incorporate all the different levels into my daily workouts. Feel free to add me!

    Thanks everyone. I need the motivation.

    I think my biggest issue is my only free me time is in the morning before I get ready for work, so with that being said in order to have that time, my alarm clock goes off at 5:45am.

    I'm a career mom of two. I work daily with weekends off, thinking I may change the five days to mon, tues, thurs, fri, sat and take one day in the week that I can sleep a little longer in the morning?

    Night time with two kids and a hubby, just never works out.
