Hello! I am new to My Fitness Pal. I have about 10 lbs to lose and am finally getting serious about losing them! I know it doesn't seem like much but the extra lbs have really made my body feel and act differently. SO, here I am! Any help and encouragement would be great! Thanks!

    You made the first step. I've been here a week and its pretty neat to see how bad I was eating. First day on here I logged more than 4000 calories. That’s the old way I ate...now its 1870 plus any workout I do. I haven’t recorded my weight since the second day because I wanted to do once a week, but over the weekend I peeked, and was already down nearly 10 lbs. So if I can do it, anyone can! This site is awesome, just keep tracking what you eat, drink lots of water when you’re hungry, and do some exercising. If you need a buddy, add me. Good Luck!
