    Yes it is. Have a look on the Apple App store (if you have an iphone) and I used the Bluefin version. It is very good and only 69p. I can't help you with the android version I'm afraid.

    Thanks I have found one on play store for android hope it works my phone is rubbish and I struggle to download stuff Here goes I will get fit this year x

    If it doesn't work, go on the NHS website and you can download it as a podcast.
