Would love some new friends!

I've just gotten back on the band wagon. I'm guilty of making this first step so many times and I've always retracted back into my safe, comfortable unhealthy eating zone.

But no more! I have an anxiety issue that is compounded by bad eating and lack of exercise. I let it fester, and if shouldn't.

So now, I'm making a promise to myself every morning. I promise to exercise, even if it's only a 15 minute walk. I promise to eat healthy day by day, to keep my chemical balance in check. And I promise that i will not give up, because I can't live like this forever.
