Lifting V Circuit Training

Now long story short, I lost a lot of weight through lifting 3 times a week with cardio after (and anywhere i could cram it during the week) on a low cal diet. Now I have reached my Goal weight (6ft 4' and 187-190 pounds) but still have a lot of fat around my midsection.

Do I carry on lifting and start making it as heavy as I can or do I start a circuit training program like T25?

Interested in peoples opinions on this.
