Sometimes I do eat them back if I do exercise after lunch however if I do it in the evening around the time before I eat my tea (evening dinner in UK if you are from the US) then I will eat my tea which means I am not eating it back.

it has taken me a year to lose 40lbs
most of that was following the "17 day diet" but that is not sustainable...
Since joining MFP I have lost more then weight tho...I have lost inches and weight and dropped from a size 12 to an 8...and I weight 165 right now.
As the other poster said it all depends....
If you eat 1200 a day quickly if you can sustain it..but chances are you wont be able to...and it will come back.
Try eating 1500-1700 every day..(based on stats provided using scooby calculator) and you will lose weight that way too.
Might not be 2lbs a week but it will be a better way to do it.0 -
You and I are at the same starting weight, with the same goal. That's neat.
I think the most you're supposed to expect is a pound or two a week, but really it's all up to your body since we'reall different.0 -
haha i am from canada i do think you should make sure that you are eating NO less then 1200 MAX ever! figure out how much you burn on a average and incorporate it into your daily number.. so no matter what you will always be eating enough, even if you exercise late, etc.. i find going by tdee methods are easier...0
