    Bump!

I am excited about Me First & the Gimmie Gimmie's too -- music I know that is fast paced *and* not too long so I can start to work on throwing some short running intervals in!

A song that always gets me revved up is "Let Me Think About It" by Ida Corr. Great beat!

gonna have to check this out this weekend.

oh bumpity bump! I'm always looking for new stuff, because when I have a new playlist I am so excited to get going....thanks everybody, I'll be on limewire for awhile

    Gaga is great too!

A song that puts me in a trance and I can run forever: Trans-Europe Express by Kraftwerk. I love these crazy Germans, and their music is my favorite thing to listen to....they are the fathers of electronic music and you catch samples of their music everywhere!
I hear ya on the Limewire comment!:glasses: Thanks for tips gang:drinker:

Remember the Name - Fort Minor
    Right Now - Van Halen
    Don't Stop Believin' - Journey
Out Here All Night - Damone
Shut it Down - Pitbull and Akon
    Uprising - Muse

and then I have a bunch of my zumba music in there too - but this is just a taste of what i have! Muse is pretty awesome for music though, if you've never given them a try. Pretty epic stuff! Try Butterflies and Hurricanes ;)

Muse - their version of Feelin' Good is pretty epic as well. Uprising is decent, but I LOVE "Time is Running Out" and of course "Supermassive Black Hole".

I don't listen to Top 40 music often, but my work-outs consist of:

"Me First & the Gimme Gimmies" They play cover songs, like "Over the Rainbow", "Rocketman", and "Desperado" But in faster Punk Rock Versions", I find myself singing along in my head alot! LOL

    Also, "The Hives"and "White Stripes"

If I'm in the mood for Rap/Pop Music I listen too "Chali 2na" and "Missy Elliot"..

If I'm in a Heavy Metal, want get aggressive, workout mood, I listen too "-(16)- 'Bridges to Burn' CD" , "Everytime I Die", and "Marilyn Manson"

Cool down Music I listen to "Frank Sinatra", "Jason Mraz", "Kansas", the "The Black Crows"

omg! forgot about me first and the gimme gimmes lol they were my FAV running music...should add some of that back on my mp3
