I started MFP around Easter last year and has great success, lost 40 pounds and felt great. Then my grandmother had a stroke and the family and I had to travel across the country to visit with her. Then a few weeks later we lost her and back to Kansas City we went for the services. Needless to say I had more stress than was easy to handle and the first thing to go was my diet. I then spent 6 months no longer tracking or caring. Well I'm back this year and hope to make better and more permanent progress. I have gained back all but 12 pounds so I have some catching up to do. It also seems that nearly all of my old friends were also no longer active so I'm looking for a new group of people for support and motivation. Anyone out there that would also like the same feel free to add me.
