What I had for lunch today.

So I was feeling bored with the same old lunches everyday, so today I wanted to do something different, threw a few things together and it turned out absolutley delicious! Thought I'd share, it's really simple.
-Take 2 whole wheat wraps
-Spread a triangle of Light Laughing Cow cheese on each
-Add a spoonfull of salsa to each
-Top with green peppers, vidalia onion, black olives, baby tomatoes and avocado (or whatever veggies suit your tase)
-Season (I just used pepper and tonnes of hot sauce)
-Bake in oven at 400 for 10 minutes
Total calories - 360 (much less if you don't use black olives or avocados...but I love them both!)
And you can always just have one with a green salad on the side instead.
Not really sure what to classify it as, but it hit my craving for both pizza and mexican food at the same time. So simple and delicious!

just b careful with the hot sauce it has so much sodium i think like 2,000 mg !! i love it but im trying not to eat it good luck!!0

Yeah, I don't watch sodium that much anyways...and I literally can't live without hot sauce, haha0
