Bloating and weights/core exercises

I am trying to fit in more core and weight exercises into my weekly workouts. I do 40-50 mins of cardio, 6 times per week and generally do 2 days on 1 day off in terms of core and weights. Today was an off day with weights/core. When I began my cardio workout I had no bloating whatsoever (in fact I was starting to see the results of this work in more ab definition) and as I was finishing my cardio, I felt really bloated. Does this happen to anyone else? Finished my workout aout 3 hours ago - still feeling a bit balloon like in my stomach.
