New to MFP

I've been using MFP since the first of the year to track weight and about a week now I have been tracking my food intake. I used to be at Sparkpeople.com for a while and like it but I think I like MFP better. It feels easier to use and less overwhelming.

I was wondering besides food, weight and fitness tracking, what other things features do people like the most on MFP? Just wondering if there is something here that will help me get to my goals.
