Someone tell me if i should be working out more

Hey I am just wondering if there is anything I should add to my daily work out
so i have been exercising for a week straight here what I do. squat challenge push up challenge wall sit challenge plank challenge crunches challenge - it is a 30 day thing so it varies how much i do a day 25 axe kick 25 side kick 25 round kick 25 snap kick I do all of those on both legs then i get two six pound weights and i sit up punch and go back down and I do that 25 times. Then i pick up my punching bag and roll it over 25 times (it weighs 60lbs) Then i do that one thing that you lift your butt up off the ground 25 times. I do not know if i should be doing more or what I am trying to get toned i only have fat on my legs and butt

That's all great, but it won't do anything to get you "toned" if your diet isn't in check.0

I eat mainly chicken, eggs, salad, turkey and cheese grilled cheese on whole wheat toast, banana and peanut butter on whole wheat toast, pasta, rice, oat meal, almonds, dried chick peas, cliff bars, goji berries, dark chocolate , bananas , grapes, apples,pomegranates,venison, tuna, any kind of vegetable and fruit( I just listed my favorites)
& I use portion sizes that are recommend but for pasta and rice i use 1/2 cup0 -

The types of food aren't as important as the quantity. As long as you are hitting your calorie goals, then you should be fine.0
