No more excuses for this gal

Hello, My name is Randee. I first started the myfitnesspal in March of 2013 hoping that it would help me lose weight and keep track of my stuff. Unfortunately, I did not keep up with it and started failing horribly on my diet and exercise. After a very depressing moment that recently happened to me, I decided that I wasn't going to make anymore excuses this time. Being a stay at home mom and full time college student, I can make ways to fit my daily exercise in as well as keep track of my diet. I have always been horrible about staying on diets and I won't lie, as many times as I try to keep a diet... I don't know what I am suppose to eat! I see all these meal plans and yet a lot of the stuff costs so much money in the store. (Sorry, getting off track here) Anyways, I am hoping to lose around 30lbs and dropping 6-7 dress sizes. I love getting new ideas and advice from others, that's what helps support me in this tough time of weight loss lol.
