Unsure

Hi :)

I'm 122lbs and have around 22-24% BF depending on what kind of measurement I use. I'm 5ft 2" and eat around 1,400 calories a day. I do Crossfit three times a week and have been stuck on the same weight for my lifts for 3 months now. I was wondering if I should start eating more calories to break my threshold and pack on some muscle but am worried about gaining more body fat? I am going to start doing a heavy olympic weightlifting specific class once a week to help

Lots of different variables here. From what I've seen of crossfit, I'd consider it conditioning first, strength training second. And 1400 seems low for strength training, especially crossfit-style training.

Are you losing weight with 1400? Switching to maintenance cals would probably help the lifts. Gaining muscle would as well. A dedicated strength training program (lower reps, not cardio-lifting) would too.

1400 calories seems extremely low for the kind of intense activity you're doing. It's not surprising at all that you've stalled out. Adding calories will definitely increase performance. Will you put on some weight? Maybe (probably). Will some be muscle and some be fat? Definitely. That's just the way it is.

Yup, seems low unless you're not really tracking every single calorie and you're eating more than you think?
