Hi everyone. I joined My Fitness Pal about a year ago, stuck with it for a bit and got away from it. Glad to be back and super motivated, finally getting my act together and getting to where I want to be. Had planned on starting back after the New Year for a while, then my girlfriend left me so Ive got some extra motivation going forward. Also have a Biggest Loser contest going at work with a good size cash prize to go with it. Got a lot of things going for me but I need to stay focused. Planning on lifting and hitting the gym 3 times a week and cardio 5-6 days a week, also going to the 5-6 small meals a day schedule. I have some big goals to work with here and would love some people to help keep me going! Sitting at around 292 right now and want to get as low as I can in three months!
