20 in 20: Week 12!

Hey everyone! We only have 8 weeks left in our challenge and I think we've lost a lot of people. Even if you don't think you'll meet the 20 week goal, don't give up! Every step in the right direction will make a difference, no matter if it takes 20 weeks or 20 months.

I've maintained for this week. I've had a very stressful last 2 weeks, so I'm excited to get back on track and start losing again!

    I lost overall this week (was down to 181.0 on Saturday (-2.2 pounds)), but gained back 1.3 pounds in the last 2 days due to high sodium and missing out on my water. Back on track today so hope to have that gone and more by next week! Want to be in the 170's be next week!

    Hey everyone! I think I may have found myself in a plateau. The scale hasn't really moved much in the past 2 weeks, keeps bouncing between 163 and 165. I've be excellent with my eating today, and I've drank lots of water. I'm gonna use the number on the scale tomorrow as my weigh in for this week. I'm hoping it starts to go down again soon. I don't think I'll meet my mini goal of 160 by Monday, but I'm gonna stick to what I'm doing and hope for the best :)

    For the first time EVER my weigh in went backwards! I'm 1.1 lbs higher than my weigh in of 164.0 from last Wednesday. And I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks. I'm hoping once TOM is over in the next few days, things will start moving again. I've never had a plateau so it's frustrating, but I'm gonna work through it. I started Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme hybrid schedule last night and Turbo Fire is no joke! I've never sweated so much in a workout before. Hopefully it helps to kick things up a notch for me. I don't want my body to think that just because I'm really happy with how I look now, that I don't want to still lose weight! lol
  • OOtrayn you will get it back going this week I think the new workout will be the shock you need to get things rolling!! I on the other hand have to get my eating under control I am back up this week and I am making a real concious effort to keep things going in the right direction now off instead of on!!
