HELP PLEASE!!

Hi need some advise please if possible
I currently weigh 16st 4 and its saying i need to eat at least 2800 calories per day and i just cant do it im averaging about 1800-1900 per day ive cut out all bad things
Only drink water and loads of fruit im never starving so is 1800 enough for me to sustain
Im 6ft 3 eat lots of protein as well

Any advise would be fantastic
