    Could be used to have 2 to 4 cans of fizzy drinks at work then probably a glass or 2 at night
    So possibly could be this as i have not drank anything bar water all week

    Sounds like withdrawal from sugar/and heavy starchy diet you were eating .. It should pass after 7 days or so.
