Random Exercises

Hey all- I was wondering how you input random exercises that are not listed such as planks, burpees etc. I have a workout program that I am doing and I have to send it to my coach each week to prove that I am doing these things but it is hard when a lot of the moves aren't even listed.

    I think people usually use "calisthenics".

    Yes, calisthenics works, however, it might be easier to change your activity level rather than add each exercise.
