Thanks, Captain Obvious.
I'm looking for ways to add flavor without adding too many calories.0 -
I make a mix of buffalo wing sauce (Frank's) with a bit of melted butter (which you could probably skip, it's just less soggy that way - it's going to get somewhat soggy either way, of course, just a little less with the butter ) - maybe 3 parts wing sauce to 1 part butter. Drizzle that over air popped corn with a fork (not TOO much, again, the soggy) and finish with a sprinkle of celery salt.0

it's a sodium bomb, but you can air pop it, spray some cooking oil on it and then drizzle this (or another flavor) on it...

I actually like air popped by itself, but I've seen other people recommend nutritional yeast. However, I've never had it.0

Just salt or I use those popcorn seasonings you can buy in the popcorn aisle.0

I pop mine in coconut oil...it's delicious. I don't need anything else besides a little salt to make movie night at home awesome.0

I LOVE the nacho cheese one!0 -
I take a nasty bag of 100 cal popcorn, spray on some butter flavored cooking spray, and add buttery seasoning salt. Like someone else said... sodium bomb.0

Air pop and add Old Bay. If you aren't familiar with Old Bay, it's the best stuff on the planet.0

Try a Penzey's blend- southwest seasoning would be great if you like it spicy. Don't skimp too much on the fat though:)0

I second this! The coconut oil makes it really flavorful, no need for the extra butter.0 -
while there's no health problems in eating butter and coconut oil, subbing one for the other is not really getting you anywhere calorically speaking...0

nutritional yeast gives it a nutty cheesy flavor. love the stuff.0

Air popped.
Grated good parmesan, few dashes of Frank's first and the parmesan sticks to it better. Tiny bit of butter if you have the calories for it.
Yummy!0 -
Not really healthy, but here goes: Sprinkle with some grated parmesan and melt in the microwave. Add some garlic salt.
Sodium bomb but no fat: Light sprinkling of soy sauce and tabasco.0 -

I put 14 grams of light butter spread with flax seed (50 cals) in the bottom of a glass mixing bowl with some salt, then add 45 grams of popcorn kernels (115 cals). Place a plate on top of the bowl and microwave until you stop hearing it pop (takes approx 5 min in my microwave). The bowl will be HOT-so use oven mitts to get it out of the microwave. I give it a good stir and put it in another bowl (because the glass one is too hot). It isn't rubbery like air popped. I have also done it with olive oil (1/2 T) or 1/2 T butter. I use the butter spread because I can use more of it....but honestly I think it may be best with the oil or butter-it's crunchier.0
