Getting back into the grove....

Hello im Daniel 26 6'4 roughly 242. I use to be in really great shape as i use to play basketball alot. In the recent months i have been slacking alot. I was at 228-230 and felt great. My only downside is that i depended on basketball so much that i ate whatever i wanted to eat, and now that i dont play at all, i still ate whatever i wanted and now ive gained 12-14 in the last 2 months, not good for me. So im on hear to see what diet plans/meals can be done that help with weight/fat loss, but tasty, im a cook so cooking is not an issue. Thanks.
