I've noticed that when I am working 12 (+) hrs a day that I can do a decent job of tracking my cals and staying within my allotment. Days off, not so much. I am looking for some fun and easy recipes. Easy being the key word for I've also noticed that it is on days off that I crave the fast food and dining out experience.

I totally agree about wanting to eat out on the weekends.

I love cooking and don't always have the time after work/gym to make involved meals, so I keep a stack of 'weekend' recipes to try. I get excited about having the time to actually prepare these involved meals that take more than an hour. So, I guess for me it helps to have something to look forward to making instead of being tempted to go out.

I'm totally on the same boat. Working, exercising, cleaning, and trying to maintain my household 5 days a week makes me want to be super lazy on the weekends. I don't want to cook, so I end up ordering pizza or something of that sort. I made chicken noodle soup last weekend, and made a whole turkey for sandwiches and snacks. Just try something that you can just throw in a crockpot and forget about for 5-6 hours. It's my savior for the weekends.

I just google low calorie crock pot recipes and there's endless recipes at the click of a button!

    I hope this helps!
