Jason Momoa --- He was smart and amusing, seemed like he knew how to motivate folks who asked him about working out (And quite a few did), and when he says stuff like "Save your carbs for the Guinness", you know he has his priorities straight.

Joe Manganiello -- Wife tells me he was really nice and down to earth, and he just put out a book about it.

If I was trying to Hulk up, Lou Ferrigno. Really polite, good sense of humor, and concerned about people's health.

We are totally on the same page! Add to that Chuck Norris. Whatever he is doing to look like he does at the age of 72, he is doing it right!
