I know guys who have gotten heyyyuge just lifting for reps, and not bothering with time under tension. So I don't care.
My philosophy is keep it simple and eat right. 3-5 reps for strength, 8-12 for hypertrophy. Anything else is marginal and not worth the time and effort unless you're a bodybuilder.
