This site is a good motivator, tracking your workout and diet will help immensely, just be sure to track accurately. Get in the act of measuring everything you consume, measure your cereal and the milk you put in it. Weigh your portions for accuracy, I was surprised at some things while not so much with other, in regards to how large or small the correct portions turned out to actually be.
I just joined the site on Monday after I put on a little over 10 pounds during the holidays and tracking my food intake properly confirms what I already suspected, that I was undermining my workouts with my diet/portions.
    Best of luck to you.

Welcome aboard Katie! You'll find a lot of supportive people here. Just so you know we all have bad days but just keep helping each other get back on that wagon. What you said is so important, it's a "lifestyle change". Be patient with yourself and you will get there.
