62 yo female looking for weight loss buddies to lose 100lb

Hi all. I'm 62, and wanting to lose at least 100lbs. I joined in November, but didn't start until Monday when I I weighed in at 293lbs. I was 195 when I married so want to get back to at least that weight again, and hopefully lower. I was active with MFP 2 yrs ago and dropped 30 lbs, but fell off the wagon when my daughter came to visit Christmas 2012 and have gained it back.

I am disabled, unable to stand or walk for more than a couple of minutes, having had both hips and both knees replaced, in addition to the extra weight. This limits me pretty much to sit down exercises.

I do best with lower carbs so my carb count is usually lowe than MFP has set. My husband loves to ccok and does the cooking and he loves to cook Southern style. He is a Nascar fan so on weekends we do eat fast food, which I actually can fit in my plan most times. I was losing before doing it so know I can do it again.
