Biking and Swimming

Does exercise on a stationary bike help with running endurance and leg strength to power through more? Also, how good was swimming when it came to your weight loss?

Biking will definitely help with your running as it will help get the engine fitter while being far kinder on your joints. I couldn't say if it would help with leg strength as running and cycling don't use the exact same muscles.
I found longer time spent in the saddle helped when it came to running longer as the body was used to pushing for longer than I was used to running for.
Swimming then I haven't done it exclusively to be able to suggest how good it is specifically for weightless but again it is a zero impact exercise and can be as intense or relaxed as you want it to be so no reason to suggest it won't be a good calorie burning pastime0 -
Both improve cardiovascular fitness without the impact, particularly on the endurance end. Also, many people find that variety keeps them engaged longer.0
