New Year New Me

I just started back eating healthy and have plans on getting back in the gym. I have not been happy with my weight for some years. Every time I start and lose more than 25-30 pounds I always find a reason why "it's no longer convenient" to go to the gym or eat healthy. I slip off a lot and then I find myself never getting back on.
This time I want to lose and keep it off. I understand that this is a lifestyle and not just a quick fix but I always seem to slip back into the unhealthy habits again. Either it's work, school or the kids that I needs to sacrifice my healthy food preparation or exercise time for. I understand that without me being healthy I can't be there for my family or my job but IT'S EASIER SAID THAN DONE.
Seem me a friend request if you like and I look forward to speaking with all of you soon.
