Hey,

Wanting to gain some abs!!!!!!! well, something that looks kind of like abs...

not sure 100% about my intake vs working out etc

    Welcome to myfitnesspal.

    Visible definition in your abdomen is achieved primarily through reduction in body fat. The greatest driver of this is a reasonable caloric deficit.

    They say that you can't out-train a bad diet.

    However once you are in control of your eating, you can enhance your results by increasing core strength with compound lifts that require trunk muscle engagement such as squats. This helps you develop the abdominal musculature.

    You can also enhance your fat loss through cardiovascular exercises.

    Those would be my recommendations in that order.
