I've been getting more headaches in the afternoon now that I have changed my diet. I drink black coffee and it seems to go away I know caffeine helps with headaches but I can't drink coffee all night. Any ideas on how to help?

What changes did you make to your diet?
There are far too many factors that could be contributing to your headaches. Anything anybody gives you as far as advice will be purely speculation.
Ultimately, if you have prolonged periods of headaches I would consult your doctor.
I can tell you, with some certainty, that if your calorie intake is too low it can cause headaches. Other than that, it could be a hundred different things.0 -
I suffer from headaches any ways but these are different. I'm sure I just need to get adjusted to the diet and I'll be fine. My calorie in take is much lower compared to what my body is used to.0

Are you drinking enough water? When I first started out I noticed if I didn't drink enough water I got bad headaches.0
