Also, what brand of sauna suit works best? I see all the MMA guys wearing them, so they MUST be good for long term weight loss...
Also, I rode a lifecycle for 3 minutes at the gym this morning, how do I sign up for Le Tour de France?

I didn't eat for 3 hours this morning (fasted between breakfast and lunch); am I in starvation mode?0

The easiest way to spot reduce is to take a hack saw to the part of your body you want to tone.0

After. And use 5lb weights or lighter. You want to tone, not get bulky!0

Whoa 3 minutes - slow down buddy. You don't want to go into starvation mode. I hope you ate back all those calories.0

I'm doing Insanity right now, and I've found that by using Shakeology, and just getting it into me intravenously, I am able to go harder, and longer.
I just put the needle wherever I want to spot reduce, and it melts away. Thousands of doctors have been paid to say it works, so it must be true!
(legit I am doing Insanity and it's fricken awesome!)0 -
