New and need advice

so I have a gym membership and haven't been in months. I feel like I waste my time there because I don't know if what I am doing is even effective. I am 5'2 and weigh 142 pound. I would like to get down to 130 at least. Any gym routines for me to reach this goal? I eat clean and count my calories already, just need exercise advice.

    Im not much of a gym rat, so I can't help you a great deal, but I would suggest that you get a trainer of some sort. Maybe not permanently, but at least for a few sessions. A trainer will be able to help you with the equipment and your goals. Be honest with them. Let them know that it is not a permanent deal and that you are looking for guidance. If you can't afford it, maybe bat those pretty eyelashes and get one of the gym rats to help you out with a routine.
