Congratulations on the weight loss ..... don't mean to rain on your parade ..... BUT .... on your channel you have a video with suggestions on losing weight fast - the comment that completely dumbfounded me is that you suggest to find your BMR (not even TDEE) and eat 60-75% below that. For me, 36 year old female at 5'2" at 174 lbs that would mean I would need to eat 393 - 637 cals per day????? REALLY????? That's the point of MFP?????0

eat 75 of that, not off. So about 1300 for you.0 -
Also, for the people saying I lost weight too fast, I was under the supervision of trained professionals with blood work every two weeks monitoring every possible thing. Losing weight too fast CAN be dangerous, this is why i was being monitored by doctors. I do not recommend following my regime, unless you have the same resources to stay focused on health and not the number on the scale. Hope that clears everything up.0
