Banana-Y Chocolate Freezer Pops

Ingredients
4 cups Milk, non or low fat
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box Sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 Mashed bananas
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box Sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
18 Disposable drink cups, 3 ounce size
18 Frozen pop sticks OR plastic spoons

Preparation
Make space in the freezer


1. In small bowl, combine 2 cups milk and vanilla pudding mix. blend until very smooth. Add bananas and mix about 1 minute, until well-incorporated.


2. Combine remaining 2 cups milk and chocolate pudding mix in another small bowl. Mix until well-blended.


3. Pour half banana mixture into bottom of cups. Layer all chocolate mixture on top of banana mixture. Spoon remaining banana mixture on top of the choclate layer. If desired, stir gently with fork to make marbled appearance.


4. Freeze slightly, about 15 minutes. Insert sticks or spoons and freeze until very firm, at least 3 hours.


5. To serve, peel away cups.

Cook's Notes
The bananas give this recipe a creamy texture without the fat. Add fresh, pureed berries or frozen, thawed pureed berries for a pretty color and to make this snack more vitamin packed! Serves 18
