I've been back on my diet since the second, I weighed myself on the 6 and was down 3 pounds. No big deal, it's my body not used to it, from here on out it'll be slower. 3 days later (today), I weigh myself and Im down 9 pounds! I don't buy that! I know it can't all be fat, most of its probably water, but I haven't been drinking more water than usual, I believe (even before the diet all I drunk was water). Ever weirder it's around my time of month, you think I would have gained!
Let me assure you I'm not doing a crash diet or anything, I eat anywhere from 1400 to 1900 calories a day (usually on the upper half), I only exercise about 40 min. A day (switch up between treadmill one day and gazelle the next and stationary bike everyday.) I don't use any diet pills or eat any camera in type Of food, usually what I want.
Also, I went to about 191 to this supposed 179.2, I'm a 5'7 female, do its not like in too skinny, or even too fat or anything.
Anyways, this REALLY has me worried so any advice or ideas of what could be going on would be appreciated.

What are you worried about exactly?
Lets do the math:
To lose 9lbs you have to over 3 days, you would have to have a 31,500 calorie deficit
That's a 10,500 calorie deficit per day.
It's water weight, or a really big poop.0 -
It is not unusual but I would keep an eye on it. If it does not slow down, I would see a dr since fast and unexplained weight loss might indicate something is not right. That being said, I actually lost 6 pounds in a week not long ago and I am far from obese, the body does weird things sometime.0
