failure food kind of day...

i posted earlier about how i ate cheese nips, ice cream and dr. pepper for lunch. well, dinner didn't improve. i ended up at moe's eating a homewrecker burrito, queso dip and more soda...then topped it all off with more ice cream! now, i'll be the first to admit that i am a total junk-food-a-holic, but my dinner tonight was atypical...i mean, i ate a LOT. a couple servings of snack crackers, a can of soda and a few spoonfuls of ice cream is something i do on occassion, but tonight i felt absolutely *ravenous*, like i couldn't possible eat enough! i started back at the gym last wednesday, and i've been every day save saturday...i burn about 600 calories or so per class, give or take. could this be what caused my huge dinner craving tonight? or is it like...some mental uprising to how i've been changing my diet (up until tonight, i've been eating rather well)? any thoughts? any cures? any willpower for sale?

You work out? Good for you!! Yes, working out makes me hungry, but it sounds like you carb load when you get hungry...your body is probably craving protein, which will fill you up with less. The better the protein (not Mc'D's :noway: ) will work harder for you and you will be less likely to binge.
Hoep that helps!0
