Motivation!!?

I am guilty of getting started and doing well and then getting back to old routines. Just wondering if anyone has tips for Staying motivated. I have The Big Climb Seattle in March and a couple of 5Ks scheduled and want to do well.

I don't want to be on of those who abandon everything as soon as January is over. What's worked for you?
