Help please

Could someone look at my food diary (if you can) and see what you think? I'm finding to hard to eat all my calories. I'm allowed 1440 per day but then obviously get more if I exercise. I'm honestly not feeling hungry though! So should I worry?

  • Your diary is private. If you're not hungry you should eat anyway. Eating too little is bad, even for weightloss. It's the only way your appetite will come back :)

    Go to settings and make your diary public.


    Are you using a food scale to weigh your portions?

    I do think you may be slightly underestimating calories, since you're logging fruits as "one piece" instead of weighing them. But your calories are still quite low.

    I would recommend a LOT more protein. Do you eat dairy at all? If not, try beans/legumes and nuts. You could also use more fats. Nuts will help with that too. Also avocado, olives, full-fat dairy (if you eat dairy), pesto, etc.
