Hey there,

My name is Arne, I´m from Germany and here since a while.

After I fell of the wagon a few month ago and than get injured, I gained so much fat back.

So it´s a new year and time to become the best I ever will be. Want to finish my first triathlon this year
and get shred of 10 kg/ 22 lb.
I need some nice friends to stay with me, logg, have fun together and get this done!

I am also very supportive, knowing lot´s of nutrition things and workouts (yes, I´ve not ever been this unhealthy, wobbling person :ohwell: ).

So, feel free to add me and let´s have fun and support each other.
