I am from UK and this is one of several attempts to lose weight on mfp. I have made a new account and so far I am doing well and I am looking for some friends on here, to support me/so I can support them :)
I lost 20lbs before and binge eating brought it all back on because I did it unhealthily but I'm here to lose weight properly, healthily and for good.
