So, after I graduated from college, I took an office job where I basically sit on my butt all day and snack to my heart's content. Since college (2 years ago), I have gained 20 lbs and in all the wrong places. I was transferred to a different state for my work where I basically don't know anyone and it's really hard to find the internal motivation to work out. I operate better with someone pushing me.

Anyhoo, I am trying to lose about 30 lbs and I could use some encouragement, tips, suggestions, whatever.
