Should I upgrade?

Hey guys,
First of all, sorry if this is in the wrong section. I have no idea where to put it!

Anyway, I currently have the old version of the FT7. I may be having issues with it (my heart rate isn't reading my heart rate and I'm not sure if it's because of a band swap up or not) and ended up looking at what else Polar has to offer these days (since I got mine in Jan 2012). I saw the FT60 and better yet I found it on eBay for only $155!

My current plan for working out is doing weights twice a week, doing a Body Balance class twice a week and walking at least once a week. I also might do some swimming.

I like the idea of the polar fitness test and how you can get weekly training targets. My question is though, do you think I need it? Do you think it's worth the upgrade?

Thanks for your advice!

I wouldnt upgrade unless I am training for a series of competitions...
the FT7 whilst is not perfect does the job of measuring cal burnt during a casual workout routine

    BUT
if I wanted to get motivated or reward myself for a job well done then investing in a shiny, appealing, practical new fitness gadget is an awesome idea
