3X's Through, 3- seconds each: Jumping jacks, high knees, butt kicks

Workout-Enitre curcuit 3 times
Legs- 25 Squats, 50 alternating lungs, 10 jump squats, 25 calf raises
Arms-10 pushups, 20 triceps dips, 50 small arm cicles in one direction and then reverse
Abs-30 sec plank hold on hands, 30 second plank hold on forearms, 50 bicycle crunches, 25 full sit-ups
Cardio- 10 burpees, 30 sec jog in place, 30 sec alternating punches, 1 min mountain climbers

I tried it and I was able to do one full circuit.
